This patient had left mastectomy for breast cancer several years prior. She underwent left breast reconstruction with peddled Tram flap.

This patient had nipple sparing and skin sparing mastectomy. The breasts were reconstructed with TRAM flaps.

She had right mastectomy and reconstruction with implants in the past. The implants failed and The right breast was reconstructed with a TRAM flap. She also had left breast lift.
