2, How long after surgery were the photos were taken? The longer the time from surgery the more realistic of the outcome since it takes a certain amount of time for the swelling to subside for different procedures.
3, Check if the photos are for real patients or if they were models.
4, Check if the photos belong to the surgeon you are seeing or to the practice; i.e. the procedures were performed by another surgeon in the practice.
