Gender: Female Height: 5′ 3″ Months Post-Op: 3 Facial Procedure: Neck Liposuction San Diego. Smoking History: Non-Smoker This patient had liposuction of the neck to remove excess fat from the chin area and from below the jaw line. Neck liposuction can be the sole procedure to improve neck contour or it can be part of a neck lift. When it is part of a neck lift the platysma muscle is tightened in the midline and behind the ear.
