Gender: Female, Age: 34, Height: 5′ 3″, Weight: 125 lbs, Months Post-Op: 3 Body Contouring Procedure: Mommy Makeover Type of Liposuction used: Super Wet Technique Liposuction Liposuction Treated Areas: Flanks, Face and Neck, Waist, Hips, Back This patient from Temecula, had three children and was interested in getting mommy make over. She search several plastic surgeons before contacting Dr. Jaibaji’s office. She scheduled a consultation with Dr. Jaibaji, double board certified plastic and aesthetic surgeon. During the consultation she was asking about breast augmentation with silicone implants and wanted to improve her midsection. She had A/ small B cup size breasts. Some asymmetry. She also had diastasis of the midline and excess skin and fat in waist and back. She did not want to get muffin top deformity. During the consultation, her abdominal muscles were evaluated and was found to have a small umbilical hernia. A treatment plan was formulated. The plan was: breast augmentation with silicone implants. The implants were to be placed through the areola and the pocket would be under her pectoral muscle. As for the abdomen, a tummy tuck was to be performed with removal of the excess skin, keeping the scar below the bikini line, liposuction of the flanks and and back. The abdominal muscles to be tightened and a new belly button would be done
