Case Details

This is a 57 year old female patient from San Diego was having significant shoulder, neck and back pain. Her symptoms were related to breast hypertrophy. She also had repeated episodes of rash under the breasts.Her cup size was 48- G. She saw Dr. Jaibaji, board certified plastic surgeon, for a consult. During the consultation her hopes and desired were addressed and it was elected to perform bilateral breast reduction. During surgery about 1100 gm were removed from the left side and about 1300 gm from the right side. She also had liposuction of the sides of the chest. Her post operative recovery was uneventful and her symptoms of neck, shoulder and back pain improved significantly. Weight: 260, Height: 5.8.
