She has been complaining of shoulder, neck and back pain. Her symptoms were related to her large breast. She also had bad scar in her right lower stomach from previous appendectomy. She was interested in having something done about it. She saw Dr. Jaibaji for a consultation. During the consultation her goals were addressed in detail. Her weight, height, breast and abdomen were evaluated. A surgical plan was formulated. The plan discussed was to do bilateral breast reduction using Weiss skin pattern. This would reduce the size of the breast, lift the nipple, and improve the breast shape. For her stomach it was elected to an extended tummy tuck to remove all the excess skin and remove the scar tissue. In addition it would take away the muffin top from her sides. She also required liposuction of the flanks, sides, back and axilla to improve her body contour. Essential she wanted a mommy makeover.
