Gender: Female Age: 42 Pre-op Cup Size: 32-A Post-op Cup Size: 32-D Implants used: Mentor silicone ultra high profile implants; 375 cc. This a 42 year old patient who was interested in breast enhancement. She had breast asymmetry which was addressed during the consultation. She elected to have breast augmentation with silicone implants. The surgery was performed under general anesthesia, provided by a board certified anesthesiologist. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle. The incision that was used was placed in the lower aspect of the areola. The after photos shown are two months after the surgery. Her cup size went from 32-A to 32-D.
