Dr. Jaibaji is absolutely wonderful. From my first consultation to my first post-op follow up, his dedication and care to his patients as well as the attention he and his staff give is nothing short of remarkable. Dr. Jaibaji makes me feel very comfortable and at ease, he is extremely thorough and accommodating. I had an effortless recovery with no problems at all. I felt so taken care of by all. I am over the moon about my results and entire experience at this facility, my expectations were exceeded immensely. Highly (and only) recommend Jaibaji Plastic Surgery. I heard of Dr Jaibaji through a military spouse. I went in for a breast reduction and my consult went amazing. The staff was outstanding. Dr. Jaibaji was very informative listens well and was able to answer all my questions. About a month later it was reduction time , Let me tell you. He truly is the best. Easy to talk to. The work oh my did he do a wonderful job. He went above and beyond I couldn't happier. Best decision EVER. I highly recommend him. Don't look anywhere else! :).

As a health care professional myself, I conducted diligent research for a rhinoplasty for function and aesthetics related to my cleft lip. I went to 3 different plastic surgeons, and Dr. Jaibaji was the only surgeon who recommended I see an ENT surgeon first. There is something to be said about a Doctor who is completely open to team efforts for a patients’ best result. I have had nine reconstructive surgeries for my cleft from a top pediatric cosmetic surgeon (in Chicago). As an adult, in California, and no longer being able to receive care from him, finding someone with the same level of quality care and skill was absolutely vital for me. After a consultation with the ENT, I went back to Dr. Jaibaji to discuss my options. He gave me multiple options on surgery methods, explained everything in full detail, and explained the recovery process, how the swelling would change daily, etc. The most astounding factor, was that he told me the aesthetic part of the surgery was not necessary. Instead of him “selling” a rhinoplasty to me, he told me to wait a few months and really think about how this would change my face and quality of life. After time, the functionality of my breathing became too much to handle with sinus pressure and traveling. I decided to have another appt. to discuss the options one last time. During the consultation, Dr. Jaibaji again went through the exact process he would perform. I’ve never felt more confident with the procedure ahead. Now one month post-op, I could cry with how happy I am. Most people I encounter do not see a difference until I show them a picture. Dr. Jaibaji’s skilled-hand was able to create a nose that was more feminine, without completely reconstructing who I was. My cleft is now less visible, and I can breath famously. He worked alongside the ENT surgeon, and for the first time in my life, I can breath and feel beautiful. He narrowed my bridge, created a new nose tip, and enhanced my profile. He worked within MILLIMETERS to make detailed changes that had changed my life completely. I cannot recommend Dr. Jaibaji enough. At 29 years old, I have now undergone 10 surgeries for my cleft. I have had extra tissue, bone, and complications. To say the least, I am a complicated case. His staff is extremely friendly, easy to get a hold of, and very understanding. I could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Thank you!!!! Amanda
