I experienced great results with my tummy tuck by Dr. Jaibaji. From the beginning he was very kind and patient with answering my millions of questions. He was direct and honest when discussing what was achievable for my body. During the healing process (which takes months) he and his receptionist, Sheila were always available to address any concerns and get me in to see him same day if needed. The belly button is always an obvious sign that someone’s had work done but mine is very natural looking and I love the way it came out. The #1 question I get is how does my scar look? And it looks as great as it can look. It’s a smooth line that traces the curve of my lower abdomen (it’s not crooked or jagged at all) and is very low so I can’t see it at all in mostly all types of panties. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jaibaji if you’re considering a tummy tuck procedure!

This review is long overdue, but that is what makes a great review right! I had surgery for a breast augmentation on July 8th. I decided to have the surgery after I had two children, and breastfed both children, and was later unhappy with how my breasts looked. It has been a little over four months since I had surgery and I could not possibly be happier with the results. I am 5’7”, 115 pounds, and I went with 350cc in both breasts. I absolutely love the results. I thought that it would take a lot longer to see my breasts fully drop and settle into place, but after about 4 months in, again, I could not be happier with the results. Jaibaji was more than accommodating with my schedule, and the time frame in which I needed to have surgery, because I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and I needed to be back in my home state a few weeks after the procedure. Jaibaji has a wonderful, super human of an assistant, who was amazing the entire time and was very quick to either return phone calls, or to get in touch with me if I needed something. I specifically remember right before surgery how he stuck beside the table in the surgery suite to make sure I was comfortable and okay before the procedure. Another important factor in this surgery was that I was on Suboxone at the time, which means that my entire post surgical plan needed to change to accommodate the limited amount of medications I could take post op and intra-op. While I was not thrilled with the anesthesiologist ( which was from the hospital that did my procedure, and was not specifically from Jaibajis team), I was more than happy that I had a great surgeon who I was able to communicate effectively to resolve any issues I had after surgery. I was not treated differently, or with any disrespect because I was on Suboxone, instead I was met with a great doctor who listened to my needs and helped me through the entire experience. Even when I had returned back to Pennsylvania, I spoke with Jaibaji, more than a few times on a video call to make sure I was recovering okay. The entire experience for me was life changing, it gave me back the confidence I had before breastfeeding my children, and at 25 years old, I can happily say that I love my body so much more now, than I ever did before. I feel empowered as a woman again, and I love the way I look in clothes. I love the fact I can have many different bras, and sports bras for the gym that look amazing on my body now. I do not regret this experience in any way, shape, or form…and I would happily do it again in a heart beat. The point in me writing this review 4 months later, is to let all of the women out there who might be reading this review, to let them know from the bottom of my heart just how happy I am with this decision, and how it changed my life for the better. I love my breasts, and now I love my body as well. 5/5, would recommend, great and knowledgeable surgeon. Amazing experience.

Wow! I barely have the words to describe what an amazing surgeon—and person—Dr. Jaibaji is. He operated on my neck (and I have very sensitive skin). The procedure was quick and easy, and his bedside manners could not have been more professional. His amazing skills were evident at every step of the operation and the result truly emphasized how unique and special he is. I’ve spent years trying to remove this scar, and Dr. Jaibaji’s quickly solved the problem. I could not be more thankful!
I am a 54 year old female.  I have had various surgeries but this last one in particular was driven because of my age and wanting to finally get what I always wanted.  I always hesitated to ask for cosmetic modifications that really interested me because of the potential social stigma but realizing that I am middle aged, it was time to just do it. I had been wanting a particular look for years and I finally decided to research the idea of changing my 800 cc breast implants with ~ 1200 cc breast implants.

I researched different Dr’s on the internet and was drawn to Dr. Jaibaji’s sites and ratings, recognizing there were few Dr.’s who performed XL BA.  Overall, my experience with Dr. Jaibaji and his team was incredible, and I cannot say enough to all of you about his professionalism and capability as a surgeon.  Once I made contact with his office, remote video calls started with him and his office manager, Sheila.  A strong team is not just the Dr but the folks who support him.  Sheila was excellent and very responsive anytime I called and had questions.  Dr. Jaibaji is very personable and informative, not to mention a down to earth professional who took time to talk and learn about me.   As I related what I wanted, Dr. Jaibaji was excellent in communicating my options and risks.    I have a strong technical background which meant I had a lot of questions and knew what I wanted to accomplish with this surgery.  When we first spoke, I didn’t realize that I could do all 3 procedures:  breast implant replacement, butt implant removal, and Lipo/BBL.  I decided and did all 3 procedures.

Initially, it was difficult to share a size with the Dr. Jaibaji because each person showed differently which was counter intuitive.  There were images that at 400 cc implant projection looked more than a 1200 cc implant.  You’d think that that higher cc’s would have more projection than the smaller cc’s; but from my research it was not true.  Every person’s body is different. What I could share with Dr. Jaibaji were images that I really liked which ended up being around 1200 cc.   One of the technical items that I was quite curious about was the industry choice of the Galaflex or internal sutures to provide additional breast support for XL implants.  It’s a personal choice, but for me and experiencing BA sagging a little over time, I felt an internal mesh would result in longer satisfaction than sutures which I could see being a mechanical weakness with XL implants and still wanting to be physically active.

In addition to changing my breast implants, I wanted to remove my butt implants which I had for more than 15 years. I had the butt implants removed, lipo performed (from my arms, abdomen, back, thighs) which resulted in 1200 cc’s injected into each buttock.    The other subject that I was a little nervous about, was the removal of my butt implant.  Dr. Jaibaji walked me through the procedure and cautioned me that I could have an indentation in the upper region of the buttock.  With all the extra weight gained during COVID (~30lbs), it appears that he was able to harvest enough fat for grafting that my butt looks incredible.  I recognize that there will be an overall reduction in the buttock area as I heal, but from what I can see today, I will be so very pleased.

Throughout all the calls, pre-op visit, surgery day, and post op care, Dr. Jaibaji was the one who was there each step of the way.  He explained all the steps leading up to the procedure, what would occur during the procedure and what to expect post op.  It’s been about 10 days post op and I feel really good.  When all these procedures are done at once you do spend the 1st week laying on each side.  It will take 4-8 weeks as all the areas are healing but I feel great.  I would strongly recommend you inquire with Dr. Jaibaji about his practice and capabilities if you are pursuing cosmetic surgery.  This has been the best experience I have ever had, and the results are amazing even after 10 days!

Thank you to Dr. Jaibaji and his team for the excellent care.  I am going to end up with what I had envisioned and wanted for years!
