This was my first time getting a surgery and originally, I came in terrified to get a breast reduction as a 25 year old female with no prior surgeries. For years I had been wanting a breast reduction but was scared to be in the wrong hands and have something bad happen. When my insurance sent me to Dr. Jaibaji, it went absolutely AMAZING, from start to finish. I had little to no knowledge on the procedure and Jaibaji educated me on the process and made me feel comfortable and confident going into the procedure. I can’t say enough how smooth the process was pre, during, and post surgery with Dr. Jaibaji. At his office, even the receptionist Sheila was always helping, always answered calls, was flexible and understanding, knew what she was doing, and always answered my questions of curiosity or concern. These two made it a welcoming safe place for me to feel confident that everything would be okay and everything is great! Dr. Jaibaji is an amazing surgeon and person. He was super professional, sweet, he made me feel safe and heard with my needs, he answers all the questions you have to ask – no matter how many questions or concerns you have, gives you everything you need to know and what to do prior to, during & after surgery. Dr. Jaibaji NEVER made me second guess, feel discouraged, or feel upset. He made me feel cared for from start to finish. He really looks out for his patients and makes sure to show them that he truly cares, because he does. There is no other place I would’ve gone to, only Dr. Jaibaji. If you are looking for someone who truly cares, is professional, does nice and efficient work professionally, will take care of you, and answer & communicate to you genuinely – Please GO TO DR. Dr. Jaibaji is the best! He takes his time to thoroughly explain everything and he encourages you to ask questions. Sheila is the best, too! She is kind and responsive and worked quickly to reschedule my surgery when an emergency came up on my end. I highly recommend this practice!
