Breast Reduction for Men

Gander: Male; Age: 53 yrs; Weight: 160; Height: 5.9 For Men procedures San Diego. This patient from San Diego had bilateral gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). He underwent excision of the breast tissue and preservation of the nipple.

Procedure: gynecomastia surgery and chest liposuction. 26 year old patient from San Diego.

This transgender patient underwent mastectomy ( removal of both breasts) and free nipple graft. His recovery was uneventful.

Gynecomastia left side. Removed without a scar on the areola. This is a 1 week result and there is still some bruising and swelling.
